Welcome to Cloudbase Paragliding! By booking a flight with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Flight Packages and Pricing

• Standard Flight: 350 GEL
• Passenger Weight (95kg to 130kg): 400 GEL
• Long Duration Flight: 500 GEL
• Acro Flight: 500 GEL

Video Service: All flights include video recording with a GoPro camera at no additional cost.

Flight Duration:

• Summer: Standard flights last 10–15 minutes.
• Winter: Standard flights last approximately 10 minutes.

Take-Off Spots: We operate from two different take-off locations depending on the season.

Winter Flights: An additional fee applies for ski lift tickets required to access the starting point.

2. Weather Dependency

Paragliding is a weather-dependent activity. While we strive to deliver the flight package you choose:

• Long duration flights may not always be possible due to weather conditions.
• Acro flights might have reduced flight time depending on the day’s conditions.

Safety is our top priority, and decisions on flight adjustments are made by our experienced pilots.

3. Passenger Requirements

• Passengers must weigh between 20kg and 130kg.
• Passengers weighing between 95kg and 130kg will incur an additional fee as noted above.

4. Booking and Personal Information

• Information provided during the booking process will only be used for scheduling and customer service purposes.
• Your information will not be shared with third parties or stored beyond the time needed to facilitate your booking.

5. Payment and Cancellations

• Payment can be made at flight day with cash or by card (extra 10GEL for per person)
• In the event of cancellation due to unfavorable weather, you will have the option to reschedule

6. Safety and Liability

• All our pilots are licensed, insured, and members of the Georgian Paragliding Federation.
• By booking a flight, you acknowledge the inherent risks of paragliding and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our pilots.

7. Changes to Packages or Terms

Cloudbase Paragliding reserves the right to modify flight packages, prices, or terms and conditions without prior notice. However, we will honor the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
